Our client is a global leading company within F&B, they are now looking for an Admin / Receptionist for the head office. This position will normally enjoy work-life balance while helping with daily routine tasks.
- Handle general reception duties including greeting visitors, phone inquiries, courier and mail service etc.
- Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling.
- Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- 1 year admin / receptionist / customer service experience
- Comfortable with daily routine administrative tasks
