Vitality IT Operations Lead
Location: Hong Kong, HK
Accountable for service operations for the Vitality platforms which services over a million customers across multiple APAC markets.
Works with and directs AIA vendors to ensure platform stability through BAU operations and release cycles.
- Maintain and improve Vitality IT solution.
- Provide a contact and escalation point for operational delivery matters.
- Implement and maintain standard operational procedures and documentation for the improvement of the Vitality IT operations.
- Facilitate vendor incident and problem resolutions.
- Engage with Release and Change Management teams for effective change delivery into the Vitality IT production platform
- Experience in managing large-scale enterprise solutions
- Experience in working internationally spanning geographies in Asia.
- Ability to communicate simply and effectively with different levels of the organisation and with external vendors.
- Ability to influence and directly manage people and teams across multiple geographical locations to deliver the desired outcome for a complex multi-country system
- Experience in leading incident, problem and change management teams.
