Job Description

Senior Manager, Wealth Management Strategy

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Position Objective:

As the Senior Manager, Wealth Management Strategy, reporting to Head of Wealth Management Strategy, the jobholder is responsible for developing and executing sales & marketing campaigns, channel communication programs as well as other channel support activities to drive sustainable growth of our High Net Worth (HNW) and unit linked businesses (ULB).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of sales & marketing strategies to achieve growth in both market share and financial performance for ULB & HNW businesses
  • Work with sales teams to develop sales tools, channel contests, promotions, communication campaigns and monitor program results to achieve targets in ANP, case count, producer count and other KPIs determined from time to time
  • Gather and consolidate market intelligence, channel feedback and sales insights through input from sales team and sales data analysis; translate insights into action plan
  • Enhance knowledge and competency of intermediaries in selling unit linked and HNW products through organising training and seminars, as well as developing sales communication materials
  • Coordinate marketing events for sales channels and customers
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal and external marketing materials
  • Compliance and Control: support on requests related to compliance and new SFC implementation issue
  • Provide coaching, training and development to the team
  • Perform any other duties and projects as assigned

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 8 years sales experience of which 4-5 years in supervisory/managerial positions
  • Strong experience in channel marketing and communications to sales intermediaries  
  • Sound knowledge on insurance products, wealth management solutions and the High Net Worth segment
  • Excellent communication skills and proven project management experience
  • Good presentation and team building skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese
