Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Corporate Client Communications

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Job Summary

To support Company’s client service and business development initiatives. Contributing from customer experience enhancements through customers and channels feedback collection and driving positive changes.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client communications & marketing collateral

  • Assist in copywriting, editing, translating, and maintenance of client communications and marketing collateral e.g. presentation, correspondence
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions

Customer experience

  • Understand business practices, procedure and performance to identify gap and problem root causes in order to uplift customer experience
  • Conduct health check on customer experience through surveys
  • Stay abreast of service trend in the market and industry benchmarks, and bring in best practices
  • Suggest areas for improvement along with possible solutions
  • Engage key stakeholders to work towards Company’s service direction and culture

Market intelligence

  • Collect and analyse market news, report data and findings
  • Prepare regular summary reports for management

Other Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Team including, but not limited to, procurement and budget management
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors in order to meet other Company’s requirements and objectives

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, with MPF or Group Insurance experience is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
  • Can work independently, willing to face challenges and work under pressure
  • Detail and accuracy oriented
  • Good time management and multi-tasking ability
