Manager/ Senior Manager, Product Pricing

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Job Summary

To focus on pricing and benefit design of new products developed under Corporate Solutions and to manage post launch review of new products

Roles and Responsibilities

Product Development

  • Propose appropriate pricing and product terms for new product proposals and product updates; accomplish market comparisons and monitor of product profitability
  • Deal with reinsurance matters including negotiations on opportunities to ensure the most competitive reinsurance terms are in place
  • Analyze market information and pricing guidelines to support and provide consistency for product development and client retention strategies
  • On-going review after product launch to ensure proper actions to be taken on the most suitable time

  
Product filing

  • Complete the product filing for all Macau products and collaborate with Macau team to liaise with regulators

Job Requirements

  • University graduate with minimum 3-5 years pricing/actuarial experience
  • Fellowship or close to fellowship in a recognized international actuarial professional body
  • Aggressive, self-motivated and customer orientated
  • Sound problem solving and decision making skills
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Computer literate in MS Office
  • Preference for proficiency in both spoken Chinese and English
