Manager, Customer Experience Marketing & Campaign Management

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Job Summary

Assist Customer Experience Marketing & Campaign Management Team Head to:

  • Plan the short to medium strategies to maximize up-selling & cross-selling opportunities of AIA existing customers in meeting the business target;
  • Create and continuous enhancement of predictive modelling in improving marketing campaign effectiveness;
  • Maximize campaign execution efficiency;
  • Drive Repurchase Rate
  • Enhance distribution channel communication;

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute existing customers and loyalty campaigns, from formulating marketing plan, campaign execution, though to sales enablement production, budget management, and provision of regular and ad hoc business reporting; 
  • Derive propensity / predictive models to maximize customer response in customer up-selling / cross-selling campaigns;
  • Provide support and coordinate with other departments in association with the execution of the Company’s strategic initiatives (e.g. iMO, iPoS, Datawarehouse);
  • Work closely with Customer Data Management team in building & enhancement of Single Customer View data mart;
  • Contribute ideas on maximizing the usage of Automated Marketing platform to increase customer experience and satisfaction;
  • Develop eDMs/SMS and to coordinate with parties involved to ensure plans are execute smoothly within the agreed timeline;
  • Collaborate with internal departments and channels in enriching and/or updating existing customer information for marketing purposes;
  • Handle and follow up for enquiries;
  • Promote to distribution channels on the benefits of existing customer campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • University / College graduate;
  • Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience with 2 years at similar capacity;
  • Solid experience in campaign management, especially in launching digital marketing campaigns, and database marketing
  • Basic knowledge of Email Marketing Tool and Campaign Analytics Tool;
  • Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred.
  • Results focused, with a track record of achievement
  • Strong interpersonal skill and communication skill in English
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Excellent team player
