Digital HR Transformation - Organization Alignment & Change Lead

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Job Summary

  • Ensure the successful rollout of the organization alignment and change management initiatives to all AIA business units for HR Transformation programs across the Asia Pacific region
  • Partner with external vendor and relevant business unit leads to perform change impact analysis and deploy relevant change initiatives
  • Engage with senior leadership team and key stakeholders within the group and business units to ensure sufficient steer and get buy-in and support for the HR Transformation programs
  • Partner with key stakeholders within group and business units to ensure alignment of key communication messages on the programs
  • Lead and manage a network of change leads and agents across all AIA business units across the Asia Pacific region

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Alignment: Ensure alignment of the group and business units key stakeholders to any changes in HR service delivery model, global process and talent framework
    • Partner with external vendor and key stakeholders within the group and business units to review and define the HR service delivery model
    • Engage senior stakeholders to obtain buy-in to any changes to HR service delivery model, global processes and talent framework
    • Partner with key stakeholders within the group and business units to implement and prepare the people for new service delivery models, global process and talent framework (e.g. job description updates, capabilities development, behavioral and mindset change initiatives etc.)
  • Change Management: Ensure alignment of change management approach across the business units and partner with change agents to ensure quality execution of the change management and communication plan across the region.
    • Partner with business units to rally support and create an environment of change within the organization
    • To engage senior stakeholders within the group and business units to ensure sufficient steer and get buy in and support for the programme.
    • Partner with external vendor and business units to define and roll out the change management plan and roll out the change initiatives to the group and the business units
    • Provide leadership and subject matter advice to the business units change agents. To co-create the roles and responsibilities of the change agents and setup the governance structure within the regional change network
    • Partner with business units to perform change impact analysis and identify appropriate change intervention tools
    • Partner with business units to define the communication plan and approach
    • Ensure alignment of key communication messages among key stakeholders group at the group and business units
    • Report progress of the change management workstream to the project management office and escalate any risks/issues arising from the workstream
  • Change Enablement: Ensure the successful deployment of learning & knowledge transfer plan to enable project team members, key stakeholders and end users like HR, senior leaders, manager, employees.
    • Partner with external vendor and the business units to define and execute the learning & knowledge transfer plan and approach for the project teams and the different stakeholder to contribute effectively during the project and sustain the change post go-live
    • Partner with business units to define and roll out engaging learning approaches to empower and enable our senior leaders, people managers and employees with using the new platforms and performing their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 - 12 years of relevant experience of which 6 – 8 years exposure in managing large scale change management programme in large company setting with regional Asia focus
  • Exposure to transformation programmes that involve global process harmonization, large scale organization change and/or change in delivery models
  • Experience in implementing leading HR Cloud Solution like SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle HCM is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging and interfacing with all levels of management, especially senior stakeholders
  • Able to influence and lead without authority
  • Conceptual thinker that can define frameworks to resolve situations or problem by identifying patterns or connections, and addressing key underlying issues
  • Process- and controls-oriented person who thrives on change and playing a key part in driving major, transformational enterprise efforts
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to successful completion in a fast-paced environment
