(Call Centre) Senior Tele-Business Advisor

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Job Summary:

 

Contribute to the growth of AIA HK business by providing tele-services to AIA customers in respect of cross-selling / upselling, conserving and creating warm appointments with agents, courtesy welcome call, audit calls, and satisfaction survey etc.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Sales Support

  • Help generate direct sales revenue to the company by providing cross selling and up-selling tele-services to existing AIA and potential customers as assigned by supervisors / company

  • Help generate renewal business by supporting the company retention and conservation programs as assigned by the company to improve the overall policy persistency performance as assigned by supervisors / company

  • Help generate indirect sales revenue to the company by generating appointment leads to create potential sales opportunities for the agency force as assigned by supervisor / company

 

Service and Operations Support

  • Help perform courtesy welcome calls/meeting and / or audit calls to meet the requirement of both regulators and AIA compliance requirement

  • Support the backend policy application and policy processing by following up with customers and/or agents to help speed up policy issue and delivery as assigned by supervisor / company

  • Support customer interaction services such as service registration, satisfaction survey, customer feedback, enrolment for agency events, etc. as assigned by supervisor / company

 

Quality and Administration Requirement

  • Create proper and accurate records of each and every call activity with customer and/or agent into front-end system and policy administration system as required by the campaigns

  • Deliver quality tele-services to the customers / agents as per the call centre standard quality check requirement and to meet the minimum quality score as assigned by supervisor / company

  • Issue necessary customer correspondence / fulfillment materials as requested by customers and/or agents

  • Assist Manager to monitor outbound services / audit campaign progress

 

Others

  • Maintain awareness of market intelligence and channel feedback from customers and agents

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor / company as and when necessary

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Form 5 graduate with at least 2 years working experience

  • Experience in Customer Service / Sales / insurance experience is an added advantage

  • Candidate with Hong Kong Insurance Intermediary Examination Paper 1 or 2 or 3 qualification is an added advantage

  • Good oral presentation and communication skill
