Assistant Administrative Manager, Business Training and Development

Location: Hong Kong, HK

Job Summary

Lead a team to provide effective and efficient administrative supports, to prepare various types of management reports for management review, to source vendors to produce training materials as well as to make recommendations on system enhancement to streamline the work procedures and to save resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

Administrative Procedures and Policies

  • Engage to design, implement, evaluate and review administrative procedures and policies pertaining to training logistics and general office administration
  • Involve in identifying administrative needs for continuous improvement
  • Produce and verify management reports
  • Coordinate training course enrollment, cancellation and registration
  • Manage to source and liaise with vendors for the procurement of venues, offices supplies and/or training materials

Company Policies and Regulatory Requirements

  • Ensure the compliance with all Company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Handle documentation related to regulatory requirements

System Development and Maintain

  • Manage the systems for training enrollment, cancellation and records update
  • Review and make recommendations to enhance the systems

Manpower Planning and Development

  • Supervise a team to provide daily administrative supports including but not limited to training venues maintenance, training records management and procurement of equipment and training facilities

Job Requirements

  • University or College Graduate with 6-year relevant work experience and 2-year supervisory exposure Or Form 5 Graduate with 5-subject passed in HKCEE with 10-year work experience and 5-year supervisory exposure
  • Proficient in PC application such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and energize teams
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks
