Job Description

Customer Service - Air Freight (Import)

Location: HK International Airport

Working Location: AFFC - Airport Area

Responsibilities

  • To communicate with customer for import cargo arrangement, customs clearance and import license & declaration formality
  • To arrange cargo dispatch according to customer instruction & KPI
  • To co-ordinate with subcontractor for cargo collection from Cargo Terminal
  • To prepare various report according to SOP
  • To issue invoices and submit to related parties
  • To communicate and coordinate with overseas offices 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 2 years or more experience on air import operations
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Good PC Knowledge
