Job Summary

The Position
 
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer, GC supports the overall TA strategy in GC by providing market intelligence and sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent for professional/ lateral positions.

Key Responsibilities
 
  • Develop strong understanding of the GC Business Lines and business areas, proactive engagement in keeping the knowledge current
  • Partner with TA Recruiters to develop and implement recruitment strategies to target top and diverse talents; explore creative and cost-effective sourcing channels
  • Work in tandem with TA Recruiters to develop and implement proactive workforce planning and pipeline development tools
  • Network and pipeline key individuals in the external market and manage cultivation of prospective candidates
  • Identify external talent for both open and speculative critical or evergreen roles through all channels
  • Maintain database for managing critical candidate information and market intelligence including but not limiting to organization charts and market maps
  • Provide TA with information regarding talent competition and industry trends
  • Develop candidate talent pipelines for future business initiatives

Minimum Requirements

Professional Experience
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or Engineering disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in sizable matrix organizations. Engineering design consulting industry experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated successful direct sourcing ability
  • Excellent English and fluent Cantonese, Mandarin an asset
