Human Resources Officer – 3-Month Contract

Job Summary

  • Provide advice on various HR-related issues, including staffing, compensation and rewards, performance management, retention, staff relations
  • Identify and implement HR solutions to support business growth
  • Prepare and update various regular HR related reports
  • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence teams to ensure the delivery of HR services is in line with overall HR objectives and business requirements
  • Drive and participate actively in Employee Engagement activities and initiatives
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties when required


Minimum Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience as HR generalist and well versed in HK Labor law and MPF ordinance
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to work in a multinational environment
  • Self-motivated, detailed orientated and well organized; pleasant and positive working attitude to work in a team
  • Capable to work independently with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
