Job Summary• Feasibility studies of water engineering works (including water resources, water treatment, water supply and distribution, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment and disposal, water reuse, flood plain management, stormwater drainage, solid waste and water utility asset management etc.) for civil infrastructure projects.
• Investigation and design of water engineering and urban development works (as listed above) for civil infrastructure projects.
• Preparation of study reports, technical notes, design documents and public consultation papers.
• Preparation of tender documents (conditions of contract, specifications, method of measurements & bills of quantities) and administration of the tender procedures.
• Tender Assessment, contract administration and construction supervision for civil infrastructure projects.

Minimum Requirements• Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
