Job Description

Contract Assistant Accountant (6 Months)

Location: Hong Kong

We support our employees globally by coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of General Accounting, Human Resources, Administration, Marketing and Information Technology. We pride ourselves on ensuring we deliver the best customer service possible to our people while building trust and relationships with all of our constituents.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle journal entries
  • Handle AR receipt vouchers
  • Issue Intercompany Invoice & Debit Note
  • Review on Shared Service Center Work
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX requirements
  • Assist on Balance Sheet reconciliation preparation
  • Operate under Shared Service Center Setting
  • Other ad-hoc accounting duties

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Accounting
  • With 1 years accounting working experience
  • Must be open-minded and flexible to adapt changes in work processes and/or work assignments
  • Independent, responsible and willing to work overtime
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience in Oracle is a plus
  • Good command of English
