Assistant Project Manager, Transportation (Japanese speaking)

Job Summary

  • Town Planning - To work for all related works by working with the relevant divisions and teams of Great China and SEA Offices for regional  planning and development, including Japanese ODA related works for this scope
  • Pursuit of JICA ODA (Official Development Assistance) projects - To assist the ODA BD person in charge for APAC to pursuit for JICA ODA projects under his direction. The main role is collecting all the information on JICA ODA projects through JICA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and other Ministries of Japan home pages and summarize such information and prepare draft reports on these for the ODA BD person in charge for APAC.  Also to include coordination with potential Japanese customers, consultants, contractors, manufacturers, trading firms and other business companies
  • Enlighten and introduce Japanese technology and standards – To assist the ODA BD person in charge to disseminate Japanese state-of-art technology and science by translating Japanese standards and reference books in Japanese and make guidance for all areas of engineers in AECPM APAC to use.


Minimum Requirements

  • Native in written and spoken Japanese; Fluent written and spoken English
  • Post-graduate Degree in Town Planning, Architecture, Japan Economics or relevant disciplines.
  • Academic research experience in real estate related area
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Detail minded and good organizational skill
