FS Applications Service Account Executive

Location: Hong Kong-Hong Kong

  • Accountable for driving sales in the Application Services arena on existing assigned accounts to include but not limited to testing, factory development, project control services or other staff augmentation opportunities.
  • The role is overall responsible for managing client satisfaction and staff metrics for staff augmentation deals
  • May include multiple types of work (i.e., Technology, Digital).
  • Respond to customer's priority needs for service and support, in collaboration with client and technology account teams
  • Develop new Client relationships at middle management level and manages those effectively
  • Expand work in new areas of the client’s business through new offerings using approved contracting channels
  • Meet and exceed AS Sales and Revenue targets for the portfolio
  • Improve Sales Efficiency and Effectiveness
  • Achieve quality/superior execution- Metrics: Cost of Poor Quality EAC Adjustments
  • Improve Accenture's cost competitiveness in the market- Metrics: Productivity, Cost to Serve


  • Bachelor degree holder with 10 years relevant experience, at least 7 years
  • Good sales track record, achieving/exceeding sales target
  • Self initiated,only sales/BD focus
  • Industry experience: Any of Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets
