Business Development Director, Products Operating Group

Location: Hong Kong-Hong Kong

Greater China Products Client Service Group covers a client portfolio spanning across auto, industrial equipment, travel & transportation, consumer goods, retail and life science within Greater China.  As the practice continues to grow, we are expecting that we will have increasingly opportunities that are of significant size cutting across multiple type of work (ToW) and a number of contract years.
We are looking for seasoned sales professionals, who have done solution sales role in a environment similar to ours.   The sales professionals will work alongside with the Client Account Leads (CAL) in originating and more importantly to execute a disciplined sales process, bringing large and complex opportunity to close.


Work Experiences:
  • Minimum 8 to 15 years of working experiences in solution sales in the context of professional services companies or companies of similar nature;
  • Ability to qualify opportunities from multiple angles;
  • Guiding the team in managing a portfolio of clients;
  • Experiences in driving large/ complex opportunities to closure;
  • Ability to create innovative commercial deals and construct;
  • Able to run planned sales campaign in collaboration with others;

Educational Background:
